Access and location

The 18th arrondissement in Paris

At the heart of the 18th district of Paris, Hotel Flore is located on the Right Bank of the Seine. Directly accessible from Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse train stations, it’s an easy first step into the City of Lights.

Hotel Flore is only 300 meters from Métro line 13 (Guy Môquet station). You will be five stops away from Stade de France (Saint-Denis – Porte de Paris station), and an easy journey from Disneyland Paris (Bus line 95 from Hotel Flore to Auber, then RER A).

Located on the hill of Montmartre, one of the most visited areas in Paris, Hotel Flore will treat you to a stay on the top of the city.

And so much more awaits you in the French capital. Ride the bus or métro to the many treasures of the city – it’s only fifteen minutes to the Opéra, Madeleine or the Grands Magasins, twenty minutes to Concorde, and of course the Louvre museum, the exhibitions and fairs of Porte de Versailles and Villepinte.

Montmartre

The many legends of Montmartre

Well known for the Sacred Heart basilica overlooking the city from the top of the hill, Montmartre is also famous for its uniquely rich artistic history. It is host to a great number of galleries and exhibits, many theaters and museums (Montmartre museum, Espace Dali, Halle Saint-Pierre...) You will also enjoy the flea market, the Moulin Rouge, the many cabarets, shows at Chez Michou and concerts at La Cigale or the Casino de Paris.

A source of inspiration for many artists of the past, Montmartre is still today imbued with a calm yet creative atmosphere. The neighborhood quite famously inspired Jean-Pierre Jeunet’s “Amélie”: Walking up rue Lepic, see Amélie’s Café des Deux Moulins, and her movie theater, “Studio 28”. Follow her footsteps through rue Durantin, on rue Garreau and rue des Trois Frères. There you’ll find the grocery store “La Maison Collignon”. A few more steps and you’re on square Willette facing the merry-go-round where Amélie’s true love follows her treasure hunt.
